All products are shipped on an "Authority to Leave" basis, no responsibility is taken for any order once it has been delivered.
Our Online Store calculates shipping via a courier app, a quote will be provided for shipping once an address is entered during the order process, we are not responsible for delivery times quoted by courier companies in the shipping app. We reserve the right to alter the shipping method or carrier on any order. We reserve the right to reject an order if shipping rates vary greatly from the quoted/charged amount, you will be contacted in this instance. Please note only small items (ie that can fit in a satchel) can be posted to a PO box, please provide a street address with your order.
For orders of 25kg and over (ie large pieces of pond liner) and bulky items such as ponds, you must be in a position to unload the goods from the courier. We do not allow for a truck with lifting facilities. If you are unable to unload heavy goods you will need to arrange for a truck with tray lift facilities at your own cost.
We endeavour to ship most product within 1 business day. Occasionally a product may be out of stock, in this case we will contact you to advise estimated shipping time.
Delivery times below are general guidelines only. Please calculate delivery time from the business day following placing your order. We reserve the right to change the delivery method, this will not result in any further cost to you.
Most orders are delivered in 2-3 business days. Bulky items such as pond filters, pond liner and large orders with multiple items are sent via road. Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery by road (even longer for some remote areas).
Perth Metro Delivery Flat Rate
This option is available for delivery of items Perth Metropolitan area, We do a bulk run of delivery items, ie multiple orders on the one day. This day may vary from week to week depending on order volumes.
We will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time. Delivery is usually not able to be organised for a weekend as this is the busiest time at our retail outlet.

Country Western Australia: 2-9 business days (in some regional areas couriers only deliver once weekly)
Australian Capital Cities (excluding Perth): 2-4 business days

Pick Up
If you select the pick up option we can have your order packed and ready for you to pick up from our retail outlet in the Swan Valley. Great for our country customers who only want a quick stop on their way home. Please phone us if you would like Koi added to your order, we have oxygen on hand for long trips.
Shipping of Ponds
Large Ponds are only available to be shipped Perth metro or for collection from our retail outlet in the Swan Valley. We would love to be able to ship ponds Australia wide, however they are fragile and the risk of damage in transit is too great. Also the large size of these items makes them very costly to ship - it all comes down to how much room they take up in a truck.
