We are offering free delivery on a weekly delivery run basis as a special offer for orders of $100 or more during the Corona Virus outbreak. Free delivery applies to Perth Metro only (postcodes 6000 to 6167). 

We are currently making changes to our website to allow you to order more product online, however, this may take some time. In the mean time if you can't find the item you are looking for on our site or are unable to order, please email us at info@fishandlily.com.au with a list of products you are interested in and we will advise availability and send you through an email link which will enable you to order the product online.

Delivery will be left by front door/easily accessible location by one of our staff members. As we are complying with social distancing measures please do not assist our staff to unload the order. We will text or email you once your order has been delivered and provide a photo of the goods as delivered.

We are currently delivering each Thursday, so please place your order by Wednesday evening for Thursday delivery.  Where an item is out of stock and we can not access stock in time for the Thursday delivery then we will email you to advise the next delivery day.

As this service is on a delivery run basis ie we will deliver to certain postcodes on a single day once per week, there is no provision for urgent deliveries, if you require rapid delivery then you will need to pay for courier service.

Where an item is too large or bulky to be delivered by a single person that item may not be able to be delivered as part of our free delivery run service (ie some large ponds, large quantities of pond liner) and we reserve the right to cancel the order or make different arrangements for delivery. Fibreglass ponds are delivered direct from the manufacturer with a $70 delivery fee and may take 2 weeks to manufacture.

If you order Koi/Goldfish we will select a range of colours for you as best we can, please be aware that not all colours are available at all times, therefore these orders are at your own risk (customer service is our focus so you can be sure that we will try to do the best for you, however, we will not accept returns on fish this also applies to plants and water lilies).
